Bay Consortium A variety of organizations offer workforce, employment, training and placement services. Bay Consortium Workforce Investment Board provides one-stop access to all of them.
Rappahannock Community College The Workforce and Community Development Department offers affordable, custom training for individual businesses, on or off-site, with or without college credit or continuing education units. It also offers regular seminars, workshops and classes geared to Northern Neck business needs.
Northern Neck Technical Center provides vocational training services to students in all four counties of the Northern Neck. Programs include auto body repair, auto servicing, carpentry, cosmetology, drafting/CAD, computer systems technology I & II, masonry, nurse aide, culinary arts, welding, electricity, environmental science and marine service technology.

Virginia Department of Rehabilitative Services This state agency rehabilitates physically and mentally handicapped individuals so they can get and keep jobs.
