Community Meeting

Ameresco, a solar developer, is holding a community meeting on August 21st, 2025, from 5:30pm until 7pm at the George English Sr. Memorial Building located at 111 Polk Street, Montross, VA 22520. This meeting will be held in the Board Room at the front of the building to discuss their plans to construct a 4.99 MW solar facility that has 72.5 acres, located at Oldhams Road and Threeway Road. Any members of the community are welcome to learn about the project and have their thoughts and opinions be a part of the planning process.
