The Westmoreland County, Virginia Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on the proposed Capital Improvement Plan 2026-2030, as well as financing to support the same, estimated to be $18M to be financed. The Board of Supervisors will consider a resolution approving the lease financing of certain equipment pursuant to separate schedules to the County's existing master equipment lease/purchase agreement and related documents and actions. The Board of Supervisors, the Industrial Development Authority and the School Board will consider resolutions approving the issuance of a bond by the Authority in an amount not to exceed $7,100,000, to finance certain capital projects of the County and School Board and related documents and actions. The public hearing will be on Monday, November 24, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Room located at the George D. English, Sr. Memorial Building, 111 Polk Street, Montross, Virginia. Any citizen who wishes to speak regarding this proposed plan and/or financing will be provided the opportunity at the aforementioned time and location.
