Online Permit Application and Fee Payment
Permit applications may be submitted online at Westmoreland County’s Citizen’s Permit Portal. Once your online application has been submitted and processed, staff will email you an invoice for payment of the associated fees. Fees may be paid online through the same website, by mail, or at the George D. English Sr. Building (111 Polk Street). Payment instructions will be included on the invoice. Please note that applications for principal structures and other projects that require large and/or sealed plans will most likely need to be conducted in-person at the George D. English Sr. Building.
