The Westmoreland County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 24, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. in the Board Room located at the George D. English, Sr. Memorial Building, 111 Polk Street, Montross, Virginia. On the proposed Capital Improvement Plan 2026-2030, as well as financing to support the same, estimated 18 million dollars to be financed. Any citizen who wishes to speak regarding this proposed plan and/or financing will be provided the opportunity at the aforementioned time and location. Copies of applications are available for public review in the Land Use Administration office in the George D. English Sr. Memorial Building in Montross during regular business hours.
