Public Notice
The Westmoreland County, Virginia Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on the proposed Capital Improvement Plan 2026-2030, as well as financing to support the same, estimated to be $18M to be financed. The public hearing will be on Monday, November 24, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Room located at the George D. English, Sr. Memorial Building, 111 Polk Street, Montross, Virginia. Any citizen who wishes to speak regarding this proposed plan and/or financing will be provided the opportunity at the aforementioned time and location. If you are unable to attend the meeting, written comments will be accepted and entered into the public record. Please forward your comments to the Board of Supervisors, P.O.
